Working as a cartoonist since the mid-90's, Mike Koneful started his career as artist on FLESHEATER, created by lead NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD zombie Bill Hinzman.
Mike has maintained a decades-long collaboration with CRY FOR DAWN co-creator Joseph Monks. The duo have colluded on everything from A to Z (literally: AGONY IN BLACK to ZACHERLEY'S MIDNITE TERRORS), including their successful (albeit short-lived) series GORY LORI.
Aside from comic and book art, Mike does art for a local roller derby league and former MISFITS singer MICHALE GRAVES.
His work has appeared in numerous magazines and on SVENGOOLIE.
He is currently working on the horror comic NECROMANTIC NOIR and the superhero comic BOXBOY.
